CATCHA CHILD SAFETY POLICY

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Catcha considers user safety its highest priority. This policy describes the measures, standards, and legal obligations Catcha applies to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAM) on its platform.
Catcha provides services exclusively to users aged 18 and over. Age verification mechanisms are applied at the point of access.
2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
The following content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal and reporting to authorities:
- Any image, video, or text depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM)
- Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors
- Impersonating a minor or concealing one's age
- Production, sharing, or distribution of obscene content involving minors
3. DETECTION AND PREVENTION METHODS
Catcha uses the following methods to detect and prevent CSAM content:
- Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18 or older at registration.
- Automated Scanning: Uploaded media content is scanned with automated filtering systems.
- User Reports: Suspicious content is immediately forwarded to the safety team via the in-app reporting system.
- Moderation Team: Reported content is reviewed by human moderators.
4. REPORTING MECHANISM
Users can report suspicious content through the following channels:
- In-app reporting: A "Report" button is available on every profile and message.
- Email: Direct reports can be sent to info@catcha-app.com.
All CSAM reports are processed within 24 hours and forwarded to relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
5. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
When CSAM content is detected, Catcha will:
- Immediately remove the content from the platform.
- Report to law enforcement under applicable local and international law.
- Submit a CyberTipline report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) and other relevant child protection organizations.
- Fully cooperate with authorities throughout any investigation.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND BLOCKING POLICY
Accounts that share CSAM content or engage in inappropriate communications with minors will be:
- Immediately and permanently closed.
- Banned by IP address and device identifier.
- Subject to data sharing with authorities for legal proceedings.
7. EDUCATION AND AWARENESS
Catcha is committed to educating its users about online safety by publishing safe usage guides and informing users on recognizing and reporting suspicious behavior.
